I highly recommend Van Winkle law firm. I have been working with Mr. Anderson Ellis for more than year and half in multiple matters. I can not say enough about his professionalism. Since I haired him to represent me, I felt more stronger and more confidante and that of course resulted in more success in my business. My late mother had hired Mr. Haggard to deal with living will/POA issues and handle her estate. The living will/POA went fine, but the same issues others have had made the estate experience an expensive nightmare. Haggard seemed to have largely disappeared during what became a nearly two-year ordeal over an estate that consisted of a single checking account, with obnoxious, negligent paralegals, ridiculous cost overruns, months without responses, and rude responses when I dared question their billings. I'd look elsewhere next time.

I had a very positive experience with Adam Shealy and Debbie Barnes in the handling of my mother's estate. Too bad they are leaving the firm.

My late Father hired Robert Haggard for a variety of issues over a few years. This included the devise of his Estate Trust / Will. His big mistake was allowing him to be Co Executor in his passing. It was stated in writing process would take about a year. This turned into over a 2 year debacle full of written mistakes, twisted tales, creating an excessive amount of undue fees. All of our email transmissions and hard copy documents show lack of etiquette / professional conduct. My siblings and I finally contacted the President of the firm seeking some assistance in closure which we should have done much sooner. In all a very sad event for what my Father alway's said and was assured would be an easy transition. The positive reviews are comical, along with reply from owner. Biggest sham ever, what a joke.
