The attorney assigned to us was friendly and easy to communicate with. We were able to interact with him regarding various ways to approach our concerns. He had the personality that made us feel like he cared about what we were dealing with and wanted to make sure we felt assured throughout the process.

Terrible experience. Paid $50 to speak to a representative not an attorney just to find it would be $2500 to retain said attorney. This is a horrible tactic to steal $50 from someone in a time of need. I paid this consultation fee with the idea I’d be speaking to the attorney (Patrick Tisdale) that I was told would be contacting me. I feel robbed.
