I was offered a plot of land that had come up for sale and I asked Carmen for some help. I came to her office and she informed me of what I needed to do, she researched several times. I hired her to set up an agreement with terms that were agreeable and fair for both sides. I was informed by her of things to look at and check. All and all she was very professional and helpful.
