Called over two weeks ago to get a deed transfer. Spoke with receptionist and she got all the info needed and said they will call back. Waited over a week and decided to do a follow up. The receptionist said they will get back to us. Called back again yesterday, same thing, but decided to wait a day. Well, today we called again she apparently had no clue who we were and why we called although we just spoke with her yesterday. Said that they were in a meeting and will get back to us. Still haven’t received a call. Will definitely not be working with them. Waste of time.

James should be your first and only choice when choosing an attorney to handle your closing. He and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The entire process for my refinance was smooth and stress free. James also drafted my will, so I know my assets will transfer without issue. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend this firm and especially Hannah Miller. The receptionists are great and Hannah is very knowledgeable and in court is concise and has great analytical skills. I would definitely hire her again if the need ever arose. Wonderful experience!
