Eric Skager represented me on a case in January. Prior to this incident, I have had a clean driving record and had never even been pulled over. Somehow the speeding ticket did not end up getting dropped or even reduced. Eric was very untimely with responses, I had to follow up days at a time to get a response from him. When he finally did respond, I was given inaccurate information. As you can see from the photos attached he assured me that it was only 1 point and would not affect my insurance. Once I told him it was showing 2 points he never responded again, and now months later when my auto insurance policy has been renewed it went up $70 a month for something I paid a lawyer to handle.

Took something we were scared and worried about and helped it go away. Never had to step foot in a court house. Thank you for helping.

Very unprofessional when you have a cdl. Didn’t get what I would for and has been avoiding me for a year about it. But will answer text from other numbers. And phone calls. But when I call nothing horrible experiences with him had to contact the bar for him to give them an answer

Attorney Eric Skager represented my daughter in court on the speeding ticker she received in North Carolina. She was from Virginia so it was very inconvenient for her to attend court in NC. He did a very good job and had the ticket reduced to a much lower charge which did not affect her driving record. She was going 27 over the limit and he had it reduced to 9 over. It was great working with him or his assistant as they were always available to give us whatever information we needed. They were very courteous and professional. We are very pleased with the job Mr. Skager did and would recommend him to anyone needing traffic court services.
