My wife and I had a poor experience lasting almost two months with this firm. We went in for a family law issue, providing multiple documents and even a PowerPoint of information concerning our case. We were told during our consolation that a motion would be completed in 7-10 days. We immediately paid our retainer in full and began waiting, immediately providing follow up information requested by the attorney. After a couple weeks we had no response to emails and we were forced to call. It took almost a month to get a poorly written first draft, followed by another month to get to a barely acceptable final draft. It appeared as if all the information we had given the attorney was completely ignored. During this period of waiting we attempted to have email and phone contact. Each time being given an excuse about employees leaving, etc. This left us feeling like we were low priority and overall unimportant customers. When we finally decided to express our frustration, our words were twisted against us by the attorney and staff. Additionally, he never bothered to offer an apology for making us waste time and putting our daughter’s health in jeopardy. We did come to them for a reason, unfortunately it’s clear that family law and the firm’s promises have no value. Use caution if you want a lawyer that will actually communicate and treat you with any type of priority. They get two stars for a prompt refund of all our money.

Got an ticket reduced for me for a speeding ticket that I was on an emergency too, but wouldn't take hospital docs to get ticket removed like the officer I talked to said could happen. Could have tried a bit better than just the standard as this was not a standard situation

Got a speeding ticket. Great outcome, quick responses, and low hassle for me. Hopefully don’t need again, but would go back!

Your support staff was incredible and detailed. Your presence in the court room was not only professional but energetic. You spoke directly to the Judge with your head up and eye contact. I called The law firm few days before my license was to be suspended...after working with another attorney that could not assist and me whom was the reason for it being suspended because he did not handle my case correctly, as I have a CDL. Ms. Goldsborough was amazing in how she tackled the situation and was able to get me reinstated and not lose my job. I love them and their dedication to do food and help people in need. I would recommend them anytime. They are kind and go above and beyond. Her and Patrick are AWESOME!! I appreciate them so much!!

Everything was good very professional. I would definitely recommend them.
