We hired Jim Hundley to help with an estate settlement to make sure things were being handled fairly. At first he was very professional but as time passed he began to be very divisive to the heir of an estate and his caretakers. Though he was hired by my wife, he made a supreme effort to put a wedge between my wife and the main heir, even though there is no family and no other person to care for him. Mr. Hundley just seems to want to make trouble and accrue unnecessary fees instead of get things settled as inexpensively and quickly as possible. I can’t speak for this entire firm, but this particularly attorney is not a good one.
