I found Jason by searching Real Estate Attorneys on Google. I used his "contact us" link on Sunday afternoon and by 8:30 a.m. Monday morning Jason contacted me via email requesting the particulars of my situation. It was a Quit Claim Deed with Meets and Bounds Descriptions to transfer land to my son. By 10:00 a.m. that same morning I received the completed documents via email, had them notarized and took them by Jason's office whom I paid and by 2:00 p.m., the same day, the deed was recorded and the land was in my son's name. This has been the very best professional customer service experience I have ever had! I highly recommend Moss Woods PLLC and will be using their services again.

Jason was such a pleasure to work with! He was my husband and I’s closing attorney and had us in and out of his office in 20 minutes! He’s friendly and personal but gets the job done efficiently. We were recommended to use him by a couple of friends and he did not disappoint. We highly recommend his business.

The paralegal is oblivious to supplied information and obviously has difficulty in getting the facts and correct dollar figures for a closing. Not competent or aware. Jason Moss cost me $3700 in the closing and when addressed face to face in the closing, his reply was the mortgage company will refund me in several weeks. WHY do I need to be out of pocket for his MISTAKES? I highly DO NOT recommend this firm. PLEASE avoid them!!!
