I came to Daron recently regarding a dispute with my apartment complex, and was unaware of my options of how to get out of my lease. Daron very clearly and concisely presented the quickest and easiest option for me and my family, and we could tell he was extremely well versed in the legal matter, as well as local laws. I chose Attorney Satterfield to close on my first investment property that I needed closed quickly. He was able to close for me within 2 weeks. As I am a novice to real estate investing, he made the process to close on a cash purchase clear and simple. He kept me updated throughout the title search, resolved issues quickly and thoroughly and was super responsive whenever I had questions (literally responded within minutes).
