Ms. Dickerson is a very humble and decent human being. She was there for her client and myself in court. We haven't went to trial yet but I know already she will give it everything she has to win. I am very thankful we hired her.

Ms. Dickerson has handled two of my traffic issues and has done an outstanding job. She is very professional and courteous. She let me know up front what she could do and then got it done. Many recommendations!!!

What a regret I chose Lauren to represent me. I called repeatedly and sent emails for months before she even called me back. Her secretary was always telling me that she would call me later that day or call me by the next day and that went on for about two months. I liked the idea that it was a family law firm and that she was a woman and figured once I was a paying client, she would do her job. I specifically asked her to call me when there was an update and she knew how much I had left to pay because my email inbox gets cluttered with spam mail no matter what I do and if I don’t know to be expecting an email, it’s easy to miss something. She even gave me a projected date as to when I might hear from her but she never called me and it took a few days of calling and emailing before I got in touch with her again. She had sent an email, but of course I hadn’t seen it, so now I have a 70 something dollar late fee. She claims she writes a star on folders of people that request phone calls yet in the same breath tells me people should check their emails. I told her I certainly don’t trust the competency of her remembering to write a star on my folder when she can’t even remember to call back a potential client for two months. She’s the one that found out about my ticket and sent me mail to offer her services. Clearly she’s too busy to offer any form of reliable communication or memory on things that she says to clients, let alone accountability. Pick someone else! Guess she has far more clients than she can even handle. Update: Her response is not accurate. For one, she did not email me after my Dec. 16th case (not soon after, as implied)—not til Jan. 4th! I did inform her to use phone calls. Yes, I can email back & forth in one day when it’s been communicated on the phone that day to do so, but easily miss an email coming at some later unexpected date. She forgot to draw her “star” on my file & won’t admit it. She did not accurately list all the times I called her, emailed her, or left messages with her secretary. Maybe I’m the client that slipped through the cracks & she does fine with the majority. But if you end up being her next “whoopsie,” don’t expect her to admit it. But -WOW- she can respond promptly to a critique!

They seemed nice and helpful at first, but once they received my payment I stopped receiving communications until they decided to plead guilty without trying any alternatives. PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LAWYER, yes she is affordable but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer Allen Law. I had an out of town speeding ticket that was looming over me, so I turned to Jennifer and her team for help. Her services were very affordable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my ticket was reduced, and basically got me the best outcome possible.
