Terrible communication. A simple estate matter that should have been handled in just a few months is taking years because we have to email him and call him for MONTHS before we get any action or response.

If you actually want any legal work done, you should definitely find another lawyer. After 4 years and no resolution, that's exactly what I had to do

I have recently employed George Bell as my lawyer. He took the time to look through all options of my case. The office was nice and made me feel comfortable. Being an established firm, their prices are the same or slightly cheaper then other lawyers I spoke with. I feel confident having this law firm represent me in court!

I engaged with Mr. Elliott for a simple estate at the beginning of 2017. Communication was satisfactory in the first couple weeks of dealing with him but I have not heard from him in months. He fails to respond to emails and never returns calls. He had someone working for him in his office a few months ago that was responding to requests for information but that person is evidently no longer with Mr. Elliott's firm as emails to them are being returned as undeliverable now. I am completely in the dark about the status of the estate and have contacted the North Carolina Bar to assist in getting this situation resolved.
