I've used Adkins Law Firm for several isses like divorce, getting wills, powers of attorney and the latest setting up a trust account. Everyone has been extremely polished and professional. The staff is always courteous and willing to help. As for my legal dealings all have gone smoothly with little or no effort on my part. Chris Adkins assisted us in updating and preparation our estate planning documents. We had outdated Wills, etc. that had been executed about 15 years ago. Much has changed since then from a regulatory and statue perspective and Chris provided us with valuable insight on ways to best structure our documents for our specific life situation and to preserve our legacy. Of great importance was the establishment of an Revocable Trust which greatly provides safeguards to protect our assets.
