Worst closing experience EVER. Lack of communication from the start. Title work not completed on time and had to push back closing multiple times due to various reasons. Day after closing called and said didn't receive wire transfer then on the phone Taylor all of a sudden found it. I'd highly recommend selecting a different real estate attorney.

I waited over 4 months for them to even start on my deed change. Everytime I called, I was always told to call back in 30 days, emails to Taylor was never answered, with the exception of the first one I sent of my information. I was only using them because they was an in network. The OUT of network firm completed everything in 3 days and was ready to be signed by myself and siblings.

Chris went above and beyond to assist me with my closing. He was incredibly knowledgable and very responsive throughout the entire process. I've purchsed two homes in the past and my third time around with Chris and The Nixon Firm team was never once stressful or painful like closings have been in the past. I would highly recommend Chris Nixon to anyone, he wants the best for his clients and the passion for his work really shows :)

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They got the job done with closing on my property, but only after delays and very poor communication (Taylor). They seemed disorganized, as things were handled at the last minute. Taylor also made a few untrue claims to my Agent about trying to contacting me and about sending me documents, to cover for the lack of communication.

This was a great firm to work with. They handled our closing for a home we bought in Huntersville. Chris was knowledgeable, personable and easy to work with. His staff was also very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend them.
