I am currently retaining Kelsey Queen for legal services in re: to a divorce. Several situations have come to fruition that became emergent in nature and Kelsey has been able to guide me through each and every one with grace and composure. I cannot say the same for myself- but she never faults me for this. Her experience and calming nature have kept me from making decisions I would later regret in times of intense anger and disappointment. During mediation, she was able to explain all aspects of our custody agreement in terms I could wrap my head around. Her ability to be simultaneously realistic and supportive is impressive. She has created a safe environment for me to express my concerns, air my frustrations, and has made this process much less terrifying. I will be forever grateful for her genuine concern for the safety and wellbeing of my daughter and myself. She is knowledgeable and accurate and kind but will fight for you when/if that time comes.
