Great family owned Law Firm. Mrs. Elisabeth & Mrs. Bell do exactly what they say they will do, they got me the visitation with my son that I wanted. Highly recommend Bell & Bell

I never thought the horrible experience would be over until I found Bell Law Firm. Protecting my daughter from a monster seemed futile until Sarah Norris came into the picture. She was thorough, insightful, and helped us navigate through one of the most difficult times we have gone through. Thank you Sarah. You have given us justice! I am eternally grateful.

The level of care combined with outstanding knowledge and professionalism was amazing

These guys are terrible. I was referred by another attorney and please do not waste your time or use them. I was going for child custody child support and she told me everything was handled after talking with my ex spouse attorney. I paid balance in full the day I hired her. Months later I’m getting summons to court and she has a new balance that she wants me to pay and threaten not to come to my court date. The Reciptionist is the biggest joke. It’s like taking to a phone service constantly asking for money but not doing nothing In return. I called a month or so later just to ask a question about the case she handled after paying her 3,000 dollars and they refuse to help in any way. Please don’t use them and go to someone that wants to help and not just make a dime of of you. I digress!

Great firm

I sought legal representation from Hannah Bell over 3 years ago prior to my difficult separation. Initially I was quite impressed with her "bull dog" mentality and ability to recite NC law and what I was entitled to as a mother and wife. However, after retention, I realized I was paying for services and representation which was not anywhere near my best interest. Mrs. Bell never filed any motions on my behalf, did NOT complete a child custody or parenting plan and eventually I was served by my ex-husband's attorney. Mrs. Bell did not fight on my behalf and I did majority of the talking and "bargaining" during the 8 hr long (over $2000 for the day) mediation. After my ex-husband abruptly left, I was entitled to over 12 months of child support when he didn't pay anything - not even the mortgage which is in both of our names......STILL!!! During mediation Mrs. Bell was more interested in how she was going to get the Christmas Pajamas that were in her car to her kids who had a Christmas program that same night. I remember this more distinctly because I had to give her advice on where to potentially buy different ones in case she didn't arrive in time. During mediation I was told I would have to pay my ex-husband child support. I looked directly at her & said "He left us! I refuse to pay him anything." She then stated, "I have a bunch of baller women who have to pay their ex's!" Not the response I was looking for at that time nor any time when she' supposed to be fighting for me! After it's all said & done, I've paid a lot of money and my divorce was slowly finalized in January 2021. We have yet to finalize equitable distribution and I have had several recommendations for Sodoma Law in Cornelius, NC. As a successful woman and mother of 6 children I was hopeful Mrs. Bell would've realized I sought her help during an extraordinarily difficult time in mine & my children's lives. The fact I continued to receive the monthly billing statements even when nothing was being done & was continuously asked to "replenish" funds in my trust account was always concerning. I argued billing a few times and then realized I was talking to people at a law firm so I would never be right! I would not recommend Mrs. Bell to anyone who cares about their children or finances. She applies no human factor to her representation which is sad considering she's a mother and wife as well.

I will never have enough words that would properly articulate my gratitude to Hannah and her PHENOMENAL team. They have fought tooth and nail for myself and more importantly, for my kiddos. Not only have they followed procedures, done everything in good faith, and guided me each step of the way, but they truly care what is best for you and want to fight hard for what is right and just. I could sing their praises for the rest of my life! Thank you for fighting the good fight!!!!

Very impressed with Hannah and Bell Law Firm. They were very professional and easy to talk to. She did an excellent job representing me and looking out for my best interest while also explaining what is fair and right under the law. They are very fair and did not look for excessive hours. Communication was kept simple and to the point. I would highly recommend!
