Michael was very good to work with from the initial consult thru the final negotiation with my previous employeer. He was pragmatic and kept me grounded on possible settlement amounts, open to discuss tactics, and flexible in working with me. I found Michael Harman to very knowlegeable in the service I asked him to perform. After being fired from my employer he successfully navigated a sizeable settlement for me in as little as a couple months timeframe from start to finish. I found him to be extremely patient with every question / concern that I had and he was also the same but firm with the attorney firm that my firmer employer hired. Worth every penny that I spent for his services. I recouped way more in the settlement than I thought I would and that I invested. Mr. Herman an accomplished lawyer, and has excellent experience in the field of labor rights as a result of his understanding of labor laws. He is patient and he has an excellent ears. Although I did not meet him personally, because I work in the Middle East, the phone and internet were our communication method, he always responds to all my inquires in promptly manner.
