I worked with Michael on a case that lasted nearly 3 years and always felt up to date on the latest information. Even when we were in waiting periods I got a monthly call to let me know the status of our case. He allowed me to ask all questions without every making me feel like a burden. When it came to bigger decisions, he always had an open mind to what I had to say and I never felt pressured to veer on way or the other. Michael was great at response times and never left me questioning if he cared about my case. I hope I don't have a personal injury case again, but if I did, I would gladly work with Michael again.

In the beginning of our situation, we didn’t know what to do, as we were faced with a completely messed up wrong doing, which is putting it lightly. Michael Harman was the absolute BEST! He was kind. He was caring. He LISTENED. He allowed me to be irrational, emotional, reactionary and then he would talk me down and explain everything to me. He kept me sane during what seemed like the most insane time and something I just couldn't understand what or why it was happening. He was truly a light in a dark tunnel. I am not sure I could have gotten through the past year without him. He was a rock in a trap of quicksand and he saved me and I am not sure he knows that but he did. He did that by doing his job and he did it extremely well. I would recommend him and this firm to anyone needing help!
