I used Sherrie for an eviction. She helped with every step of the process from writing the first letter to filing the eviction papers with the court. Sherrie Smith was an absolute godsend for my family. We are military and stationed out of state. We had a tenant who moved out of our rental home, stopped paying rent and refused to remove the rest of their items from the home...even after I agreed to let them out of their lease if they simply removed their things from our home. In addition, the tenants started making a lot of false allegations about us and anyone connected to us, including to my employer (U.S. military), to a friend's employer, the sheriff and anyone else that would listen. We called several attorneys in the area, and they all recommended Sherrie. She met with us the same day and really put us at ease because she knew exactly what to do and explained the process to us and what to expect. Sherrie immediately stopped the foolishness with a cease and desist letter. We ended up having to evict the tenants because they refused to pay or remove their belongings. Sherrie won our case at small claims court and again at district court when they appealed. Sherrie was much better prepared than their attorney, or any of the other attorneys that we saw working other cases during the proceedings, and took a lot of time to get to know us and our situation. She truly cares about her clients and charged us a reasonable amount for our case. I honestly don't know what we would've done without her. I've never needed an attorney in my private life except for normal business transactions; but, if I ever needed an attorney again, there's only one attorney I would ever want to hire...Sherrie Smith. We are so thankful for everything she did for my family. She is honest, prepared, organized, a great listener, brilliant, kind, friendly and the best attorney I've ever ever seen...and I work with attorneys on a daily basis in my line of work for both criminal and contract law cases. If you need an attorney, Sherrie should be your first call.
