Excellent family law office. I switched to Cape Fear after being incredibly unhappy with my previous attorney. At Cape Fear I felt that I received very good advice and guidance. I feel like they charged only for the services I received which was very reasonable. Brittany Hall was an excellent attorney that helped me though every step of the case. I am very pleased with Cape Fear overall.

During my consultation he Tried to tell me not to keep my house in the divorce bc “it’s not worth fighting for” but I could make 180k MINIMUM from selling or profit from renting. This mans never even seen the home. Not only that but made joke about my DV situation and my son. I spent 20 minute in his office before I was tired of his attitude, rudeness and insensitive comments and got up and left. Don’t recommend at all.

I couldn’t ask for a better attorney to represent me with my child support case. Brittany was very professional, attentive, and responded quickly whenever I had a question or just a simple reminder. They stay on top of things and they work for you. I would highly recommend Her for any family law needs.

Ms. Erica Benson did an excellent job for me. I found all of my dealings with her to be professional and friendly. She always got back to me in a timely manner and she made sure to take as much time as I needed to explain and educate me throughout proceedings. I would 100% recommend her.
