I retained Ms. Sholar when I had to move my SC court order to NC where my ex-husband had moved. She was patient with me and responsive to my email inquiries, and stuck with me through five court appearances to achieve a just result. I would highly recommend Ms. Sholar.

Rachel has been so amazing threw my divorce and custody battle. I had some issues in my past but she never let me get down. She lifted me up and made sure no one walked all over me. She is a amazing person in and out of the court room. She has really worked with me threw everything and even understood my finance issues, if you need a divorce attorney call her. She is the best!!!! My son and I are so happy now, she has given us hope that thing's do workout ❤

I am so grateful to Mrs.Sholar for working tirelessly on our divorce and custody case. This has been a long, four year process and Mrs.Sholar has always been informative and patient every step of the way. She worked incredibly hard for myself and in the best interests of our son. She’s always kept me informed of every minute detail of our case, and been a rock when our custody proceeding took much longer than hoped. I cannot recommend McNamara, Lycans & Sholar highly enough.
