Well....I wish I had the experience to rate it 5 stars!! I closed on a property late on Thursday as the seller. As anyone would expect, Friday came around with the expectation that my funds were going to be wired the following day (Friday). It was noon (Friday) and haven't seen anything so I called and was told that it was wired already by an employee and should get it later in the day. Later that day at 5pm, still nothing. To make shorten this story a bit, the lawyer was not able to send me the wire on Friday and didn't execute until Monday! I don't know about you or any other seller, but when we close on a house we expect the money same day or the NEXT! If the lawyer himself is the only that can send money in his office , it should be his responsibility to call his client and inform him of any delays. Don't ever assume that your client is not in need of the funds!!!
