I did not hire this firm. I just had a phone consultation and was told that by law I did not meet NC residency requirements. This was very distressing to me as I have lived in NC for the last 3 years and only left to stay with my family for purposes of the state required separation. I do not fault Ms. Johnson for being the barer of bad news. She was however remarkably unsympathetic, rude and condescending. This interaction was enough to convince me that this is not the firm I want to deal with.

Wonderful experience, never had to go to court, and they always responded to me with any updates as they developed. Highly recommend.

I had the same experience I called in to make sure everything was in order with my case for court, I to was told by the rude receptionist how my case was going to go not what I wanted to happen and when I express to her that was not my wishes was rudely hung up on. Called back to speak to the supervisor thinking I would get someone with better sense and was told well I can not apologize for her hanging up on you because I don’t know what was said to her, excuse me at no point should anyone from your law office hang up on a paying client who is inquiring about a case they hired your firm to handle. Ridiculous customer service would never hire this firm again.

Fantastic experience and no hassles what so ever. Price for uncontested divorce are the best around and the entire process was super easy. No phone tag, no b.s., no mistakes, just damn good service. Have already recommended you to a few people and will be continuing to do so. Best money I ever spent 😉. Thank you guys!

Do not use this law firm!! They are super rude!!! They get bothered for having to answer questions and very rudely hang up on a client. The forget that they work for us we paid them to do a service. They filed my divorce in a different county than the one I live in "to reduce cost". Had they filed I'm the correct county my divorce would have already gone through. But they didn't and didn't inform me of what all was being done. Like I said do not use these people very rude unprofessional unethical and shady!! Your job includes customer service and if we call to ask for an update then you have to give the update. You get paid to do that. Not to hang up and be rude like you are being bothered.

I got a ticket for 77mph in a 55mph. My driving record is clean and I did not want to have my insurance go up. I filled out the form on their website. They provided me with several options. I was able to conduct all business online. They were able to get my ticket changed to improper equipment with no points awarded. I would recommend this firm to others.

It is affordable and fast my divorce isnt final yet. I did paid for the expedited service, they said my soon to be ex husband didnt send in the waiver. He said he did and that he returned it in the envolpe provided ... Could it have gotten lost? If so can it be resent asap! We want our uncontested divorce done . but other than that minor hiccup great law firm and my questions always get answered when i call!

Was up at 5am Cali time and decided to read the reviews for the guys working my case, after reading the one star reviews and the very witty responses, I fully trust and recommend these guys. Dude, yes. Worth every star, I would give 6 if possible.

My soon to be ex husband and I used this law firm to get our divorce over with since it was the best rates we could find for an uncontested divorce however it seems like every time I call to ask anything no one ever answers the phone. I spent an hour and a half trying to get through today and I know the office is open because the business hours are stated in the voicemail ( which I have also noticed are incorrect it says 8am til 5:30pm) however when I call around that time no one answers the phone around that time either. My complaint is that I think y'all should do better with incoming calls and update your business hours on the voicemail because when I look you up for the hours it says you aren't open until 9am.
