Mr. Taylor and his team were professional in every possible way imaginable. I have found him to be incredibly diligent in every phase of preparation and representation, thorough and complete in handling the details of the case, and dependable in follow up and communication. The owner of the firm he works for could not and did not try to explain his Attorney’s many failures, while giving me a full refund even the non-refundable portion of the retainer. I will be reporting ,Deke Slayton Ownes, to the N.C bar association and the owner of the firm Mr. John Drew Warlick has a professional and ethical obligation to do the same. *Turn around and seek another attorney to represent you!**
