I received a ticket for speeding in December. I contacted this law firm based on the Google reviews. I will say that they did not disappoint! Prices are very affordable. Highly recommend this firm for anyone looking for legal representation for traffic tickets.

Let me tell y'all something... Bryon M. Smith is who you need to hire if in need of an attorney!!! First of all, his fees are reasonable and if you don't have it all at once he'll work with you but most importantly, he puts the work in so you're definitely not wasting any money for sure. I had two different cases on the docket and I live 3 hours away from Jacksonville. I never had to show in court and he got both charges dismissed. And those were charges I could have gotten time behind but he kept his word as the best so I'm a believer. 5 stars all day!!! No cap!!! By the way, if you happen read this review Mr. Smith, I certainly appreciate you. Thanks a lot bro! Although, I hope I never have to hire you again!! Lol

Mr. Smith is amazing. He is priced well below his competitors in the area and it was a flat fee. Somehow he managed to get my charge/ticket reduced and it saved me THOUSANDS of dollars in fines, court costs, insurance premiums and so much more! When I was looking for representation, I called his office based upon reviews. Then I spoke to someone who had left a review for him and she explained how he helped her, not once, but twice with favorable outcomes. I also called a few other local law offices and asked one VERY high priced, popular attorney (who offered me everything Mr. Smith offered but at a rate 5x higher) who would he use if he needed representation? Bryon M. Smith Attorney at Law should be your first and only choice if you are looking for legal assistance. We are not from the area and choosing an attorney with no background or relationship can be difficult. With that being said, we made a great decision in choosing them as our representation. They assisted our family in getting tickets dismissed and were very upfront about the cost with no hidden fees after the case was over. They communicated with us regularly to ensure we knew exactly what was going on and called as soon as the case was dismissed, with the paperwork following shortly in the mail.
