The paralegals think they know better than the attorney. This office is garbage and the attorney will lose business due to his unprofessional paralegals. Dummies can’t even hold a professional phone conversation.

Was IMPRESSED with TELEPHONE COURTESY of receptionist/paralegal. Attorney was VERY PUNCTUAL and did NOT waste our time once the consultant began. Will definitely use them again and recommend to our peers !!

I'm continuously impressed by the level of engagement and empathy demonstrated by Austin Foster, an associate attorney at your firm. Mine is a relatively delicate and emotionally charged situation, and he has treated my family and I with dignity and respect from the first moment. He listens well to what his clients want, but also offers potential options and insights that the average lay-person might not be aware of.

Hate the fact that 1 star is the worst you can give. This law firm deserves a negative star for the treatment , or shall I say lack of treatment I received. I guess I am not rich enough or dont know the right people cause looking back at my whole real estate transaction that what it was all about the $$$ and I mean the parties involved getting paid and that's all. From the beginning this attorney wasnt flexible with the closing time. I work 8-5 and wanted a 510pm closing if possible , but no way . So I agreed to come on my lunch and attny told my realtor it would like 35 mins because I get 1 hr for lunch and needed it done withing about 45 mins . I get to the closing no attny is present , the paralegal starts the closing like 15 mins or more late, the attny never shows his or her face to say like congrats on your home or thanks for the business . They lack customer service and frankly just dont seem to care .

I would highly recommend Kathryn Nunalee as your attorney she is very knowledgeable and professional and also won my case for me. Thank You Kathryn.
