I originally went in for a consultation with Joseph Peterson regarding child custody, but due to unforeseen circumstances Joseph ended up fighting 3 other criminal cases that were trying to be pressed against me and we won them all. Without hesitation he willingly adapted to each situation that was thrown our way. He was extremely informative of what he would need from me, he went over the process that would occur in court, and he was also aware of what judges were best to present each case to. I felt comfortable discussing all personal issues with him and whenever I had questions he would always return a phone call or email within 24hrs. I highly recommend the services of Joseph Peterson and will continue to use them if ever needed.

I strongly do not recommend. One of his attorneys did nothing for my custody case or even tried to help me or my child out on our custody case at all, after I hired him and paid him thousands of dollars. Waste of my money and time. Do not waste your time. If you really want what’s best for your child/children’s best interest think more than twice before doing an consultation or worse hiring anyone from this law firm! Oh and they won’t even give you your money back and they suck at communicating with you! They’re only about a dollar and not at all what’s best for your child’s/children’s best interest. This law firm is very extremely beyond sad, pitiful and pathetic! They’re secretaries are rude and mean they even tell you lies from what the attorneys say to them to tell their clients when they call. Run far far far away from this place!!! They will brainwash you in the consultation when really it’s only about a dollar! Do not come here for custody and you definitely know and want what’s best for your child’s/children’s safety and living arrangements. You won’t get no results or nothing what you have payed for at all and that’s a fact!

I hired Mr. Peterson to represent me for a motion to show cause dispute as well as a calendar date to push for paperwork to be signed. I originally found this attorney's firm through this site when conducting my search for legal representation. Mr. Peterson was professional, kind, courteous, and above all well versed in the practice of law. He knew what was feasible within the law which is what you need when you go to court. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone searching for a caring attorney to zealously speak on their behalf. Mr. Joseph Peterson at Castle Law Firm is the man for the job.

Time will tell, for now I'm pleased with his services.

Laid back atmosphere with attorneys with great knowledge

Poor Attorney paid cash but he was always a step behind!

Staff was incredibly friendly and skilled. I got a speeding ticket in a known speed trap on US 70 and they handled the case very professionally. I was able to get my ticket reduced to a mechanical violation at a very reasonable rate. I never had to take any time off work and they handled everything. Hopefully I wont; need them again, but if I did I would not hesitate to call them. Would recommend.

The Castle Law Firm is a great example of what a Law Firm is supposed to be, my personal experiences with them have been phenomenal! They are caring and on top of all questions and concerns I had. Me and my former spouse are living in two different states at the time and they were able to get everything done in a wonderfully quick manner and were constantly checking into, if the paperwork had been served and what timeline we were on. I highly, highly suggest them for any legal matters you or your family need completed. Very personal and caring individuals they will always be my first choice if I need anything in the future handled.

Never had a contract written with Castle, he didn't fight for what I wanted or tried understanding my circumstances. He then withdrew from the case due to lack of pay but the work done was not worth the money he was asking or what he ever did on my case. Wouldn't return emails or my calls for days, or once wasn't until the day of my hearing.
