This is my second time using this attorney and both times have been in my favor and most appreciation to not only the lawyer but his assistant Mandy as well

I’m in the process of filing a small claims lawsuit against Andrew’s office. Been waiting nearly a year to get a refund for money I paid him on a job he didn’t do. Literally never spoke to me, showed up late to court and I…yes that’s right “I” got my case thrown out without him. After the judge ruled in my favor…he then shows up. Been bugging his office for a refund for long enough. Now I’m filing a lawsuit and restitution for my time in having to do so. I would not recommend Andrew to anyone. Horrible experience.

Mr. Sims is intimately knowledgeable with not only the areas of law he practices, but also with the courts and judges of Onslow County. The amount a particular judge can affect your case is incredible and by being a longstanding attorney at law in Jacksonville, Mr. Sims is on-point with the home court advantage. His 3 dogs are great additions to his office. I found them to be really cute and funny characters... but if you aren't into dogs or allergic to them, you should look elsewhere for an attorney to represent you. Mr. Sims paralegal is an excellent communicator - I was grateful for how well she was managing my case and communicating everything pertinent about it. Mr. Sims assessment of the facts that were presented and then timely request for dismissal of all motions against me was perfect. Case dismissed. Thank you Mr. Sims!

Someone that had never been in trouble with the law. Someone very nervous and anxious. Lloyd and Brady made me feel comfortable and helped me with my situation. Lloyd gave me honest advice and explained everything in a way I'd understand easily. (Basically dummies it down) Thank you for your time. It was appreciated very much.

Attorney Andrew snow and Mindy his assistant are amazing and very professional and respectful. I took my case to trial as I didn’t like the turn out in district court so I hired Mr. Snow to held my case in superior court. When it came to trial communication with Andrew and Mindy was amazing and he handled my trial so good and I was found not guilty due to his work and time he put on my case. I couldn’t have been more happy. A huge thanks to Mr. Andrew Snow and Mindy for everything I highly highly recommend Andrew in Jacksonville and Wilmington you won’t regret it unless your guilty haha

Lloyd and Brandy were great with my case. They gave me step by step instructions that were easy to understand and were readily available when needed. They went above and beyond. With hopes I will never need to use them again, I will definitely know where to go if I do.
