The office assistant will lie to you in a heart beat. Not a very honest practice. Any lawyer can do "simple traffic tickets" doesn't mean they are a good criminal defense attorney or civil attorney. If you are seeking honesty, seek a different practice.

I've used these guys to resolve 3 speeding tickets over the past 5 years each time they get the charges reduced to the extent i get no points on my lisence an no effect to insurance premiums. Quality work

I hired him a year ago, paid him in full, and I have never heard back from him again. He’s unresponsive and his staff is not helpful. He pocketed my money and never handled my case.

Worked with them for years and it wasn't until I would express discontent with the service, that they would toss me a small bone. I wasted gargantuan amounts of time and really saw no results. The pricing was great. Maybe you get what you pay for. This entire County circuit is slow paced and some would say crooked. 5 years later and I am still looking for an attorney in Jacksonville who gives a crap about his or her clients. I want an attorney who is proactive. These guys were not.

This is the best lawyer in town in my opinion. There’s some bad reviews down there but I wouldn’t listen to them. Mr Avery is professional and handled all my situations effectively. I recommend him to all my friends.

Mr Avery and his team are great, I needed some help with a criminal matter and was looking around to find an attorney that would be absolutely truthful regarding my case and someone that wouldn’t just want to take my money. I’ve had bad experiences in the past, but Mr. Avery was on top of it and very insightful, he kept me informed on the process every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone! I felt like I was in great hands and never had to stress. Thank you Trevor and the team!

Very upfront honest lawyer. Tough to find that integrity now a days in a attorney. He couldn't do everything and said so upfront gave a price and even offered a deposit of much less. Referred another attorney that could do everything. For that, I give five stars. Some might think it's much but time is money and appreciate yours and your honesty. (He don't get paid for consultation many charge for that) Thank you. Staff was super nice. She called me immediately when I left a email. He got back exactly when he said he would and discussed options.
