Not satisfied or pleased with the service or result of my case. First off don't even try to contact the lawyer he's short an rude af as if your interrupting his day to explain your problem with his office not properly filing correct paperwork. The paralegal don't file paperwork proper so my taxes got taken by debt collector right before my chapter 13 finished an I had to call the collector myself to correct the info they were not even sent the proper paperwork for my bankruptcy now I'm facing a hardship due to this hardship that was placed on me by this firm by allowing the debt collector to take my money, because nobody wants to deal with it. I have emails to prove what I'm saying is true. Now that I have done the footwork to track down my money it's a waiting game to collect because I got a letter from king himself stating they aren't responsible for my case or hardship of getting my money back. Do not use this firm.

I hired this firm for my Social security case. I have had exceptional service especially from Patricia, she is very responsive to emails and sends paperwork to SS immediately.

English is not my first language and many times my bilingual brain gets a little twisted. I was on the phone with Heather (Office Manager or something alike) discussing a very sensitive subject for me. I was explaining something to her that was upsetting to me and in defense she decided to reply with: "Yeah ... That's not good English. That's not good grammar". I called her out on her nasty and unnecessary comments but she defended her harmful stance and kept talking over me in regards to my "bad English". I hired these people to help me and at the end of it, this Heather lady ends it all with a jab at my English speaking impediments. I wonder how many languages she speaks?

John Ceruzzi has been my attorney since 2021. I could not recommend someone more highly or someone that you should use more than him. I needed him for Family Law and custody. I called and talked to a lady and got a phone number for social services. I called back because I lost the number and the lady that answered the phone was very rude and wouldn't get the number or let me even talk to the lady that gave it to me to start with. I don't understand how or why someone can so rude!
