Great food

I would truly give ZERO stars to this place as well. Heather Johnson has to be one of the worst people I have ever met. She truly does not care at all and neither do some of the attorneys in that office. not only did they screw up my divorce and separation but they NEVER went over anything with me and I got screwed so bad, now I call for help and her response is "well I don't know what you want us to do when it sounds like you could do it yourself." she said she will not go out of her way to look up my case from when they helped me before but I could send it all to her and she will look and let me know what I need to do. I should have taken this to the BAR the first time as the emails and text are enough to do so. The description of your law firm and the way people are treated are so far apart its not even funny, you guys should be ashamed of this office.

Professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. These are the first words that are in my mind when I think of the service that I received. I have used other law firms in this area. This firm is the BEST for me. I strongly recommend this firm.

I searched on Google for a lemon lawyer in my area and this firm was shown to do dealer fraud and in my city so I chatted with their online help only to be called by them the next day to be given the NC lawyers number. Ive wasted hours and hours with multiple firms like this. I wouldn't trust doing business with them.

I retained John Ceruzzi in 2021 for a family court matter, and since then he has gone above and beyond in representing me, and by extension, my children. He is easy to communicate with, keeps me in the loop whenever there are new developments, explains things in detail to me (and my children when they had to appear in court), and works in the best interest of his clients. He knows what he is doing, and I trust him completely. I cannot recommend him enough.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars because that is what this firm deserves. I called the first time in regards to a consultation. In this instance I can't remember the name of the "attorney" or "paralegal" that assisted me. I wanted to ask about emergency custody and was told that they did not do type of cases. So technically there was no "consult" and the lady hung up on me. After getting advice somewhere else, I called again in regards to 3rd Party custody and the lady who helped me said that they reserved the right decline my case even though I was not asking for them to take it yet. I was just told by someone at DSS to seek a family lawyer to seek custody for my niece who is in the hospital for Medical neglect by her teenage mother. I told the attorney that I did not see the mother fit and thus why we were seeking custody. She didn't even let me explain what was going on and kept talking over me. When I got sick and tired of talking to her I asked her what her name was 3 times and she hung up on me without giving me her name!!! I called back to ask the receptionist who she was and said Heather Johnson. When I go to the website there is no attorney with the name of Heather Johnson! So I am not sure if she is a Paralegal or what the case is! The staff is extremely rude! The customer service is piss poor! DO NOT HIRE THEM! I am glad that with their attitude I did not spend my hard earned money on them! After reading the negative reviews I do not understand how they have 4 stars! So sad that an office would treat a potential client like this! And I will review in every single platform that I can warning people!

These people are predatory attorney that don't care about their clients. No matter how many good reviews do not use them!!! They are not returning phone calls or returning emails ....they wait months and months before letting you know what's going on! Do not use these people
