I cannot express how pleased I am with the responsiveness and service that was provided me. I know in the grand scheme of things my case was extremely minor BUT it was a MAJOR CASE to ME. The owner of the firm he works for could not and did not try to explain his Attorney’s many failures, while giving me a full refund even the non-refundable portion of the retainer.
