This office and every associate was exceptionally helpful. Being out of state and strapped for time they assisted me without hesitation and worked around my schedule, not only in their offices but made every effort at the courthouse aswell. Their efforts resulted in a favorable outcome. Thank you

After calling 4 different law firms, I called Silva, Kieran & Associates when I got to talk to Emily who took the time to answer my questions and gave me all the information that I needed so I could take care of my situation. Emily took the time with me and repeated details so that I could make a decision as to what I needed to do. Before I got off the phone I choose to hire this law firm. Emily took all my information so that the lawyers could get started working on my case. She e-mail and because I am not good with the computer I asked her to please send me a hard copy of the papers I needed , Emily kindly mailed me everything , she also answer all my phone calls. Mr. Silva took care of everything for me and very quickly with a good result. I highly recommend Mr. Silva and his firm to my family , friends and any one who finds themselves in need of a lawyer. I hired Mr silva to simply get me into the court room while on a DWI probation violation and actually did my entire sentence while awaiting him to get me into court. multiple court dates came and passed until finally i said i wanted a refund. then he lied to me and said that he would leave the case but i would probably end up staying in jail longer if he didnt represent me. all the while (6 months) I had the most recent NCGS red and green books with me to study. Along with the NC school of law sentencing guide to study. so i knew for a fact that I had already maxed out my active sentence time and actually ended up doing 2 weeks extra because of his habit of continuing my court date rather than have my sentence activated and being given a set in stone release date. Horrible, Liar. NEVER TRUST A FORMER ADA AS A CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTNY.
