First class! No one likes to call an attorney but wow what a great impression! Ron was spot-on, direct, very accommodating, understanding, passionate and very much a pleasure to talk to. The advice he gave me I could not ask for any better. The call lasted about 30 minutes when I asked him oh much and told him where to send the bill, when I said no I will pay and expect to pay, his answer was “this is what we do and who we are if and when you need help just promise you will call me again” Now that is impressive and you can be sure I will use Ron and his firm again. Honestly, I cannot say a enough good things about Ron and his firm.

I went in for a consultation about getting a legal separation agreement drawn up. My consultation was with Brittany. It is stress enough to go through something like this without the attorney making you feel like they don't have your best interest at heart. Despite this I decided to have them draw up my separation agreement. I signed the paperwork and gave them a $4,000 retainer fee. When I left, I began thinking about the things Brittany said during my consultation. When I got back home, I called Brittany to get reassurance that her firm had my best interest at heart. Brittany assured me that they did and that she would have me a draft completed by the end of next week. Her reassurance seemed genuine, so I agreed. An hour later I received an email stating that they would not be representing me and refunded my retainer fee. She didn't even have the courtesy to give me a call and I am out $150 for a consultation fee that led nowhere. I would advise picking a better law firm. Your response makes it seem like I was disrespected to your staff. I was nothing but respectful. I treat people the way I would like to be treated. I just had some follow up questions. If follow up questions are disrespectful then I guess I'm guilty. I appreciate you refunding the consultation fee however, I would still recommend to other people to seek a law firm that has their best interest at heart. Sometimes it just not about the money.

Excellent customer service

Ron Payne was very good to my grandmother. He treated her with love, compassion, and kindness. We set up an appointment with him to do her will and he did it right there on the spot since she was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer. Lori Maclaren has helped me greatly with probate for my grandmother. She, too, has treated me with love, compassion, and kindness. She is very prompt in responding to emails and has an immense knowledge base about probate. Everyone at Apple Payne Law is professional and they've all made a hard thing easier.
