Unfortunately, I also have had a really awful experience with this attorney and staff. I have called and left sooooooo many messages and haven't gotten a call back. I paid all my fee's. I applied to adjust status for my husband in Feb 2019 we're still waiting. The excuse they have give me is that it's hard to get thru USCIS - You hire an attorney is to do the work. Form I212 ..... husband went to the embassy interview overseas andwas denied were he was told that I601 (that we pay for with all forms)wasn't in the system and that he would need it. When this happened we called her office toke us so many callling cards to reach them. I212 was denied .....story short they submitted i290b and I601 and it's now 360 days and nothing. No call back or anything from them with updates.

I was in an emergency situation. Mr Payne got me in the next day listened to all my concerns/situation and responded immediately to the other party involved. Ron is very professional, he was very responsive to all my questions and answered them to ease my mind. If I had additional questions as the process evolved he answered them in a very timely manner. Jordan his Paralegal is excellent and always responded to my phone calls and answered my emails quickly. There office manager was always there to answer my calls which is unheard of today.
