Atlas orange does not feel like a law office. When you walk in it feels like home. Love the people. Couldn’t be more pleased

Horrible experience. Hud wrong, buyer documents wrong. Not the first closing with this group and all have been equally incorrect. One of the lawyers did offer to correct and was exceptionally nice. Would suggest by passing their staff and speaking directly to the attorney. Make sure you are following up and checking all your documenting and fees.

Can you imagine signing the most important papers of your life and feeling rushed? That’s how I felt when I dealt with Atlas Orange. I felt as if I was taking too much time reading documents because they had other appointments or other duties to attend to. Hopefully your experience will be better.

The e signature provider they use does not work. It kept having signing both spots with the same signature. At closing there was a signature needed by us, the seller, all they did was send an email. I didn’t find out until I went to pick up the check. They said my realtor should have called. They didn’t seem to have a since of urgency about anything They allow interns to do the work as well was some of their excuses. The deed was recorded late.
