I am administering a Florida estate with a real estate holding in N.C. I was under the impression that I needed the services of a N.C. attorney. Mr. Mintz advised me of a way to take care of my business myself and avoid using an attorney. This was showing me that he has a person's best interest in mind and is not trying to only charge for his services. If I find out I need an attorney, I will definitely use his services.

Mr. Dolph Mintz facilitated a transfer of mineral rights in another state from a trust to an individual. In considering Mr. Mintz's schooling/training in Oklahoma, where he became very knowledgeable of the oil industry, I felt confident that he could accomplish the task quickly and efficiently. In deed, he did a great job! He was easy to work with and was very respectful and courteous.
