We were approaching the situation with great trepidation; however, Lisa was a truly knowledgeable & personable breath of fresh air, allaying our stress by explaining the process in layperson terms and being available to answer questions in a timely manner. Lisa was so helpful with the closing process. She is very down to earth and has a great personality. They were quick to reply to all my emails.

We were supposed to close on October 6th at 2:00 pm. We received a call on October 6th at 11:30 that we couldn’t close that day because the attorney didn’t have all papers needed. We had multiple email correspondence in the week leading up to closing and nothing was mentioned at that time. Did not close until a week later. Upon closing, it was noticed that the settlement fee was more than what was quoted to us. After 2 days of emails, we were finally told they would send a refund to our address. Address was provided but no check was received. After 11 days, I emailed the paralegal and asked for a status update, and she told me that the attorney was out of office and they would get the refund issued Tuesday of next week. I’ve done 3 closings and never had issues like this before. Will not go back to this attorney! Will not recommend this attorney!

My husband and I loved working with Lisa Galanis on refinancing our personal home. Not only is Mrs. Galanis and her team extremely efficient and knowledgeable, but she makes the experience fun with her fantastic sense of humor. She is both an exemplar of professionalism and a comedian. It definitely takes the tedium out of the process.
