Was not any help at all with my speeding ticket. Staff extremely rude.

I would highly recommend Richard McCain After my husband and I had talked with several lawyers over his license revocation we wasn't sure anything could be done at all and if so we wouldn't be able to afford it. After talking to Mr. McCain we has that sense of trust, and relief. He quoted us a price we'd never thought was possible and we could Afford! The court date wasn't until April 6th! we talked with him on a Friday, he had it on the docket that Monday and he got ALL Charges Dismissed and now my Husband can get his license. We are Forever Grateful to him and his courteous staff for all the compassion for us and our children, our son has autistic behavior however they were very kind, patient and understanding and went that extra mile in everything they did for us! If needed ion the future no doubt I will be seeing Richard McCain!!

I got pulled over for speeding and had a court date for the beginning of September. The problem? I was trying to enlist with a technical MOS in the army which literally had 1 slot left for the next basic training group coming up, and my recruiter couldn't reserve my slot with the open case. I called Mr. McCain's office and he got my ticket reduced AND got it settled the very same week I called him. The day he got it settled i went to the courthouse and paid it with my recruiter standing next to me. I've never worked with a lawyer and he simply explained the process to me. I'm extremy grateful to him and his kind staff for helping me in a bind. I would totally recommend him!!

Richard McCain is one of the best lawyers in nNorth Carolina. Everything I was facing and the things I would lose if this case didn't get resolved by a good lawyer is something I couldn't afford. Richard came in like a heavyweight fighter and got the job done and I owe him much more than the low prices he offers. So thanks to Richard and his team I give you guys five stars.

When I spoke to this lawyer months ago he seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Richard confidently said he could get this case dismissed and I would have to pay no court costs. After a few phone calls to the law office I figured my case was in good hands. Week after week I received no updates on my case. Then I would finally get a call requesting additional information. The law office seemed very disorganized. The law office didn't even have the nerve to call me and tell me they lost my case. Paid a hundred dollars for nothing. They say you get what you pay for. Spend some money on a good lawyer even if it costs more. Cheap lawyers like Richard J. McCain will take your money and lose your case.

He promised me Level 5 in my DWI case, I got Level 4 ( worst than 5 ), after I paid him I told him I needed one more continuous he said no problem, he lied. I should have paid the extra couple hundred dollars and hired another lawyer, as you should, but if you don't bleieve me I just hope your experience is better than mine. Good Luck.

he said everything he would so and done it unlike most lawyers..he work fast and took alot of weight off my shoulders by resolving things quickly..and he has kept me informed of everything not sugar coating anything..i have dealt with several lawyers in my time and rich mccain has been the best lawyer that i have ever had..i would recommed everyone i know to him..he is the greatest!!!
