Wendy and Julie represented me in a civil action against a concrete contractor located Clemmons. It was a lengthy process due to his unwillingness to cooperate after being initially served, but they were steady and methodical throughout. Paid for a consultation on Thursday, May 12th. I meet with Mr. Downey. He asked me to contact my ex-husband to speak with him about modifying our agreement before we filed an actual motion. I as he asked. I called him on Monday to discuss what I had found out. He was in court so expected it may be Tuesday before he called me back. I did not receive a phone call back. The negations between my ex and I deteriorated. I called Mr. Downey back on Wednesday to tell him I was ready to pay the ($5,000) retainer and move on with my case. I still did not get a return phone call. To this day I have still not received a phone call back. I now have to start this process over with someone else.
