I WOULD NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY IF I WERE YOU! I have been attempting to reach someone in this office regarding a case for almost two weeks. I left message after message for April Tew and Charlene Edwards everyday since 4/6 and finally got an answer when I called again on 4/15. I kept getting answers "I think...", "It might be...", "I'm not sure" - not what I expect when I reach out to an attorney who is handling a case. Then I'm told by a Mark, "I should have called you yesterday, but, honestly, I wasn't feeling that well, but I know that's no excuse." Really!? Never again! Charlene Edwards is not the way to go.
