I was called by a Lawyer “John Cutchin” from this office a few weeks ago telling me my special needs son whom I have guardianship over, was going to lose his SSI & other benefits due to an inheritance from his grandmother’s estate that she has with this law firm. But was rushed off the phone when I had questions & would not tell me what he was supposed to be inheriting. Then I called him back the folllwing day & he was very rude to me. What lawyer calls a special needs Mother & tells them their son is going to lose all his benefits then won’t ever speak to them again. How am I supposed to protect my son?? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I have read their review before writing my own review. I can not speak for a Mr. Clay but I can however speak on behalf of Mr. David. He is absolutely AMAZING!! He is very passionate, respectful, kind and listens to you. Also I feel he is truthful and very trustworthy which is very hard to find these day. But I will put myself out there and say this is the man you need to contact if you are looking for a Good Honest Trustworthy real estate attorney!
