Clay had case over 1 year an half might have spoke to him 2x in person about case. Not a good choice, possibly others in this office would do better. I will never use him again! I AM WARNINGA YOU NOW! He will take your money and not help you, but tells you what u want to hear! Then does NOTHING in court.

John represented me in one of the most drawn out and difficult divorces, probably ever seen in our county. John was simply amazing and he demolished my ex-husband and his lawyer, who was also one of the top attorneys in our area. Not only is he a phonomenal attorney, but also very reasonably priced and is willing to work with his clients. I will forever highly recomment John Cutchin!

Clay Pendleton & his legal assistant Janel were responsive to the
legal needs of my wife, my daughter & myself. They always took our calls & e-mails & responded in a timely manner. Clay & Janel accomplished to our satisfaction in 6 months what another attorney (we previously hired) couldn't accomplish in 18 months. I would recommend using this firm for any family law matter.

Just wondering why this guy never responds to any of the ratings and comments. Many people try to come to an understanding or resolution to upset clients. This guy is a crook, and it really shows that the standard is low. How unfair that certain people in the world can take advantage of others with no conscience and no consequences. I doubt he had any trouble falling asleep even through he ruins lives pretty regularly. Thanks Clay! Good luck! I’m thinking of starting a support group for survivor of abuse by the clay Pendleton law firm.
