My divorce was easy and quick!

Clay had told us we only had to pay a certain amount and he would take care of everything. He made a court date and then kept canceling and then would charge us for every time he canceled. Then would proceed to charge us for many things that he never even did. He would never keep in contact and wouldn’t do anything like he told us he would. Worst experience

Don Pendleton set up a Ladybird deed at the request of a step sibling. My father had no clue what was going on. Don told my Dad that he could sell, rent, and mortage his house as long as he was alive. He deeded the house to 4 of his step children not knowing the true consequenses of the deed. Sure, he can sell his house but he only owns 1/5 of it and has to get permission from the other 4 siblings to do so. He left the house to them in his will. My Dad was coerced and decieved to sign over his home without knowing all the facts. Don Pendleton purposefully deceived my father. I have absolutely no use for this crook! Don Pendleton took advantage of my elderly father as well as his step children. My dad can't get a home equity loan even though the house is paid off. He can't downsize to a smaller home as he ages. Another attorney told my dad to sue for elder abuse. However, that is not the kind of person he is. Maybe that was why they took advantage of his good nature.

Do not trust this attorney. He is dishonest, unreliable, takes your money and doesn't do his job. My son took money he worked very hard for to try to get custody of his son and was cheated and treated disrespectful. This attorney was rude, always late, and never communicated with him. It was such a shame and a disgrace. This office would be closed down if the world were fair.

Attorney Clay Pendleton and his entire staff, especially Kaitlyn Long, did a marvelous job in handling a difficult case for me. I really appreciated their honest, courteous, thorough and intellectual approach to the matter. They made sure I understood everything I needed to, and kept me apprised of the status frequently. I was accommodated on many office visits and well prepped for two court appearances. Clay was extremely professional and "nice" in the actual court proceedings in contrast to the opposition counsel.
