informative, no waiting around in the office for the consultation

Tim went out of his way to assist me and explain the document I had received. He was MORE than helpful and on his own time. I will forever praise this man for his assistance in a last minute, time-of-need situation. Thank you, Tim. I hope to not ever need a lawyer again but if I do, you're the man with a plan!

Unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience with King Law. When I first approached them in the paid consultation regarding my legal matter, I was given hope of an easy win along estimated price which I believed to be reasonable and within my budget. After the case being handled quickly on the first hearing and having no unforeseen circumstances, however, the costs began to skyrocket, ultimately culminating in a final bill that was almost double the original estimate. I reached out to the customer service department with my concerns and was told all of the charges and times billed were accurate. Such discrepancies in billing are not just a matter of inconvenience – they severely strain trust and make it difficult to budget and plan financially. It's crucial for a law firm to maintain transparency and communicate any potential increases in costs, and in this respect, King Law deeply disappointed. To make matters worse, despite the escalating costs, the firm did not achieve the outcome I was hoping for and I could have easily achieved the same or possibly a better outcome had I represented myself. This combination of unexpected costs and unsatisfactory results has left me feeling taken advantage of. I genuinely hope others have better experiences, but I felt it was important to share mine so potential clients are aware and can make an informed decision.

Wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone. The lack of communication they have with clients. They way they make decisions by themselves and then call saying yeah this what we did without your consent. You’d be better off representing yourself all they care about is the money. Chose these guys bc the reviews were good but obviously they’re filtered, so you only see the good

Very unprofessional place to deal with, do not recommend every doing business with them. I was told my case would be able to be handled upon stating the charges and the dates they occurred. I paid the consultation fee just for the attorney to tell me there was nothing that could be done. I reached back out to the office to explain this to them and they refused to issue a refund for the consultation fee. The client relations lady was raising her voice and explaining they were not able to give legal advice when i was given legal advice before making the payment. Please do yourself a favor and go with someone else

Unfortunately I've had to retain several attorneys this year to represent me - one was with regards to child support, one was with regards to issues of discrimination and abuse against/of my disabled daughter and now, of all things, I've had to hire King Law to represent me with regards to the estate wishes of my precious mom who recently passed. Out of all of my experiences with attorneys the last year and 1/2, Attorney Wallace has impressed me the most by far. She is quick to respond. She helps educate you with legal wording and processes in terms you can understand. Most of all, she has taken my case to heart and represents me as if she was walking in my shoes. She thinks outside of the box - soliciting advice from her elders when necessary, instead of thinking she has all the answers. We are never too old to learn no matter how much experience you have! She has done extensive research, leaving no stone unturned. I received an email over the weekend updating me about my case. The weekend. WHAT Attorney does that? She has found case laws that apply to my situation as it's a very unique situation. A little about me....I am a type A personality and I have high expectations. It's not easy to get 5 stars from me but when I do you know it's because whoever or whatever went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. Attorney Wallace gets 5 stars from me. I just can sing high enough praises about Attorney Wallace. I am blessed to have found her - she is an asset to King Law. I wished more were like her because the world is hurting for honest, upfront attorneys. Oh yeah - one other thing - she did her research FIRST before taking a dime from me. She said she would not be able to sleep at night if she had me pay her retainer and then lost. That says a lot. With all of this being said, I HIGHLY recommend King Law Firm.

From start to finish the people at king law who were assigned to my case have been absolutely wonderful and I mean this,every step of the way I was informed on what was happening and what they were looking to do. They’re not just about getting u a win they let you know how much they care. In my case was a car accident and I just want to thank everyone for how hard they worked and in the time they did it in. honestly every case is different but from my experience they showed me how much they cared so thank you. And for people looking for that I would highly recommend king law.
