My husband and I needed a Lawyer in the county he received a ticket for expired registration and license plate. He couldn't get his driver's license unless his record read the appropriate words. Several lawyers in the same area were not able to complete the task, but Mark D. Locklear stated he could!! Well, within a week Mr. Locklear had our case/record dismissed.
We will definitely be using him again..

Would highly recommend Mark. His firm made my nightmare a dream. Im a NJ driver that got a ticket in NC that nearly ruined my vacation. I thought i was going to have to make another trip down just for court. Judy forwarded me the link to take a defensive driving course and once that was completed, they took care of the rest. No court cost, fees, tickets, or a wasted trip to court. Disregard all the junk mail you get after your ticket from lawyers. Go with Mark D Locklear. Thanks again!!!

I had a small misdemeanor case Mark did a great job getting my issues resolved. Anytime I called his office his team worked diligently to get whatever I needed done. I would definitely recommend him to everyone he’s the best.

I Received a traffic ticket in Lumberton North Carolina. I had to obtain counsel from that area to represent me and that’s when I found the office of Mark D Locklear. Not only were they able to help me in my time of need but he also got the ticket thrown out . Much appreciation to your office .

Mr. Locklear was very helpful in getting my traffic ticket fully dismissed (no points) without me having to be present for my court date. The process was easy and convenient especially since I did not live in the state where I received my speeding ticket. I highly recommend him!
