Straightforward professionalism at its finest. Mr. Branch explained what needed to be done to get our matter resolved completely, offered an eminently reasonable fee for his firm's services, and less than 48 hours later, the matter was totally resolved--in an even better fashion than he had suggested might happen. Obviously not everyone is guaranteed the same results, but I'd use MMBG and David Branch's services again.
