If you have a son on daughter who has him for an attorney appointed by the courts please fire him and retain another. My son went to court today and Mr. Bullard advised him if he went ahead and plead guilty he would only get 90 days. He did what his attorney advised him too and ended up getting 25 months. This is not the first time I have heard that this has happened. He never went to see my son or talked to him while he was incarcerated. He is a poor excuse for any attorney!
