This is a joke. It started out great, they said it was a easy case no problem. We have spent 3,000 on case that started over 8 months ago. Have never spoken to the same lawyer twice. They send a different one to court every time and they don't have clue what's going on. Tried to call McFarland before court to see what the plan was, no one will return phone calls and now we are screwed. Spend your money else where.

Very nice and knowledgeable however. I found a lawyer from Asheville who would take my case for $2500 and he is listed as a Super Lawyer a 15 year assistant DA and King wanted $5000 so only bad thing I can say is they are over priced and I had to pay $50 bucks to find out and the guy I hired gave free over the phone.

Attorney Frank McFarland represented my son in Watauga County & we live in McDowell County. Our family realized that my son was not going to be represented justly by the Watauga Cty. attorneys so we spoke with King Law. Attorney McFarland made trips to Watauga Cty. to research the case & acclimate himself to the environment, DA & court system in Watauga Cty. This was going to be a tough case that could swing one way, or the other. On the day of the court case Attorney McFarland represented my son with a sound voice, professionalism and confidence in the areas that needed to be addressed. The other attorneys in Watauga Cty. would & did not communicate facts on behalf of my son that Attorney McFarland addressed to the court. To make a long story short, my sons case turned out in a positive way to the point where a couple of other attorneys from Watauga Cty. came up shaking Attorney McFarland’s hand saying, “You did a great job with this case”. Attorney McFarland who represents King Law is an attorney that has your best interest at heart with great communication and listening skills. The burden our family was saddled with regarding this case was lifted when we spoke & retained King Law in McDowell County. Thank you King Law and Attorney McFarland.

I only have been there a couple of times and both times they have been very professional with me and understand I am a very hard person to work with and I really fill that King Law will fight for me .I wouldn't hesitate to send any of my friends there for help.

Kings law firm, in my experience has been a great firm to hire because they genuinely care, and have the experience and skills to gain the most positive outcome in your legal situation.
