Lee Weaver is the best estate attorney in the Charlotte Metro area.

I have been with this firm for the last few years for several different matters. Everyone that works there is quite polite and professional. They respond promptly to any problems I might have, and the breadth of experience and level of service they provide is excellent. I should also mention their new office is beautiful.

I only worked with this law firm because my attorney , I have been with for six years ( Jennifer Fleet) started to work for them. When she parted ways I also left Weaver & Budd. This is the most unprofessional law firm!!! They don't return phone calls when you try to get in contact with them they send you to billing. I had to contact the North Carolina State Bar to dispute a fee I was charged for , after I asked Laura Budd, Brittany Owens and there team many times to STOP working on my case. They continued to work on it after my attorney told them she would be taking my case with her. They want you to pay them but can't even pick up the phone and return calls in regrades to the case they are charging you for. I would NOT recommend them unless you want deal with unprofessional and money hungry people.

I went to see mr weaver for help reading a will and charged me 250 he acked like he read it then insulted me by saying I should be crying .this guy has no remorse he then said to bring more paper work in ..so shows he didn't read it I had all paper work in front of him ...i stay away from this guy ...

Today, I received a call from Laura Budd, a partner at this firm - who is not the attorney I made an appointment with. Laura questioned me about my request for an itemized receipt of charges I would be expected to pay. She said she would not provide one because that would take too much time. This is a firm included with my employers ARAG benefits. Laura was arrogant, unprofessional and almost made me stoop to her level. I would give less than three stars , however Jennifer Fleet was awesome in meeting and representing me on a previous matter. Since Laura is a partner and sets the tone for this practice I DO NOT recommend anyone use them. As another reviewer wrote, it appears there are reviews by family members and another employee who wrote a review. I will take my business elsewhere. You should too, however Jennifer is great!

I had Laura Budd represent me in a dispute against a Franchisor. It turned into an arbitration with lots of depositions and several days of testimony in front of the arbitrator. Laura was well prepared, and had thought of every angle to argue the case. We won our case.

We used Weaver for a real estate lease agreement that now needs to be enforced. The problem however is that our litigator is nervous due to a poorly written acceleration clause. It’s infuriating to pay for a contract only to later discover it wasn’t drafted with the care that one would expect based on the fee that charged. We strongly don’t recommend this law firm.

Laura Budd is very professional and a wonderful attorney. I have hired her for many different things and she always does a super job! She is dedicated to helping and so is her wonderful staff.

I am the owner of a small, electrical contracting, family business. We did a project where a customer refused to pay us for the renovation of a 7/11 gas store. We searched for an attorney in the area where this particular customer conducted business and found Laura Budd, who was recommended by another attorney in her building. She worked with us for about a year on our behalf with hearings, motions, and judgments. Then all of a sudden NO CONTACT! No returned phone calls! No replies to emails! No letters! They were all to happy to send out invoices! My last contact with them was 10/23/2017. I have tried numerous times to get some type of response, but to date 7/8/2019 nothing! I have no idea how our case ended up or if anything at all was recovered. INVESTIGATING THE MATTER OWN MY OWN!
