Ms. Yates was exactly what I needed. She understood my divorce was to be amicable yet I had no idea what that meant. She patiently advised me to cover myself, my life, my kids, all while preserving what my idea of peace. I would recommend her to any one who needs strength in their corner. She isn't a cold, harsh attorney but I trust her implicitly.

Divorce is not an easy experience. When children are involved, added emotions and all that goes along with them is heightened. My experience as a client of Katherine Yates and her entire Firm, was nothing less than ideal; exceeding any expectations. Not only did they possess the utmost professionalism, extremely thorough , but also gave me and my children a secure sense of trust, that continues on. The best interest of the children was always a top priority. I was never rushed, always felt that I was heard and always given the time needed. In addition, a genuion concern was always felt, keeping my anxiety and emotional state at ease, while gaining confidence in myself from the guidance and care I received.
